Well anybody who has met our glorious leader will realise why this is!!!!
If you Cant't fix it at first, threaten it, hit it and down right hurt it
If this does not fix the problem you will have at least gained the satisfaction of hurting something (those people who have caused problems around The leader will also have come across this)
If there's work to be done find someway of making somebody else do it for free and make them feel like they wanted to do it
Well why else do you start a company, to earn money of the backs of other peoples effort :)
